- Controller: the venue whose tickets you buy. Entraqo (Chris Bull Industries, Malta) processes on its behalf under a data processing agreement.
- What we process: order details, ticket holder name and email, scan events, and technical data needed for security (network class, browser hash).
- Retention: orders seven years for VAT; scan logs ninety days; sign-in tokens purged after use or expiry.
- Your rights: access, export and erasure through the venue or the contact form on this site.
